This Talavera clay tile is hand-painted in a mostly dark blue background with orange, white, green, and brown motifs. As a matter of fact in the manufacturing process, the whole tile is painted in white as a first step and then in a second step, the rest of the tile is painted on top of the white one. The adjacent pictures show some patterns you can make using more than one tile, first is a combination of the Greca C Talavera Ceramic Tile and the last one shows the Blue Grenada Talavera Ceramic Tile along the Church Dome Talavera Ceramic Tile. .When you put more than one tile by the other, it shows beautiful patterns created when one complements each other.This tile is hand-painted, this means that no two tiles are exactly alike! There might be small differences in size, weight and even the colors.This tile is special for small patches or entire wall decoration, as you can see from the patterns found in the last two pictures.
